This photo session featured an adorable 6-month-old little boy and his big brother. I had the pleasure of working with this family before during Mom’s maternity photo shoot and their newborn session. It was so much fun to welcome this family back and have the opportunity to watch them grow.
I started out by taking some photos of the little boy by himself. He looked a little unsure at first, but he soon felt comfortable playing with the props while getting his pictures taken. It was cute to watch him sitting in the basket trying to get the all of the bells into his mouth. It is so fascinating to watch little children as they explore their surroundings.
I started this photo session in more neutral tones of cream and beige. Later, I changed him into a darker blue shirt. The color looked magnificent against his creamy skin. He looked cute as he played with his shoes.
Towards the end of the session, I added his brother into the pictures. It was stunning to see their same brown curly hair and big beautiful brown eyes. I can just imagine the mischief that they will be able to achieve together. The parents are so lucky to have such handsome young men in their family.
I picked out some of my favorite pictures from this photo session. I can’t wait to meet with this family again when we get together for their first birthday/cake smash session. It is one of my favorites because cake smashing can be so much fun!
