What a pleasure today to meet this beautiful newborn baby girl. She arrived at my studio today for her newborn photo session with her loving parents in tow. This little lady was so cute and plump, with beautiful squishy parts that are so beautiful. As my own children keep getting older, I really appreciate all those cute little tiny features. They are small for such a short period of time!
The parents’ faces were so full of love today as they gazed down on their new daughter. They dressed in subtle blues and whites, perfect for allowing the baby’s glowing pink skin to shine. She had such a beautiful glow about her. I loved seeing the father put his arm around both the mother and the baby. So protective and joyful all at the same time.
It was fun to focus in on this sleeping little angel. I love the picture of her sleeping with her hands all curled up under her chin. The flower crown on her head brought a touch of femininity to her features and showcased her plump little cheeks and pink lips. I focused in on those cute fingers, so tiny and small. I love how they are perfect miniature versions of our hands.
We used different blankets and headbands during the photo session. I loved the delicately crocheted blanket. This blanket gave her an elegant look, while the openings in the blanket let her beautiful skin show through. She also looked very classy and chic in her lacy outfit. What a little cutie!
Oh where does the time go! I had such a great time meeting this family, and I hope they will return to their favorite newborn photographer for their future milestone pictures. This first year is filled with so many monumental moments!
