Elegance and beauty. Those are the words that come to mind when I think of this adorable little lady. She arrived to the studio with her family in tow. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I was sure to get plenty of snuggles in.
I love to take the natural photographs of a sleeping baby. This little lady looked so sweet and innocent as she curled up and slept soundly. I got her all tucked in with a peach wrap, and her slender arms and legs poked out from the fabric. Oh, her cute little feet were so precious with all ten toes. She had beautiful long fingers that she curled up next to her face. I focused in on those fingers and her little pink lips. So petite and feminine.
In a couple of the pictures, I added a little touch of lace. In addition to the normal plain lace, I also used a one with a touch of fall leaves on it, bringing in that feeling of fall and the beauty of the color change to contrast with the beauty of the baby. I also placed this little lady in a wooden shell, giving her that fall look. Who wouldn’t love to find an acorn shell with such a beauty!
I love to create unique photos for the family, and one of my favorites from this session was when I placed the baby in a gossamer swing, hanging from a tree branch with lovely rose-colored flowers. I was able to add a water-like texture to the bottom. The entire picture was stunningly beautiful. It is so much fun to experiment with different styles and textures.
I had so much fun creating memories for this new family. The photos turned out so classic and elegant with a hint of beauty of fall. Please contact me to arrange for your own specialized newborn collection. Here are a few of my favorites from this session.
