It was a full house during this fun newborn session! Along with mom, dad, and their sweet newborn baby boy were baby’s two aunts and grandma. The gang was all here! It is always touching to see such excitement and support surrounding the birth of a brand new little love. I feed off their energy, which always makes the session even more fun.
This adorable little man made his debut a bit early, so he was super tiny and cute. I even took a shot of him next to a basketball for scale; such a unique and precious image that I am sure his family will always treasure. I loved capturing the details of his sweet little fingers, toes, and face. Even though he is tiny, I couldn’t believe how much hair this sweetie had! Coming into the world early is tough work, so he was pretty sleepy throughout the session. Luckily, that made my job of posing and snapping photos of him a breeze. What a sweetheart!
One of my favorite parts about newborn shoots is capturing the tenderness and love on mom and dad’s faces as they hold their new little love. Both of this little guy’s parents looked so serene yet joyful as they snuggled their little man and I am so happy I had the opportunity to document those special quiet moments for them. I hope I get to do another session with this beautiful family so I can see how much this little love grows!
