I started by capturing her sleeping so soundly on her belly. I loved her mane of dark brown wispy hair that liked to do it’s own thing. We chose a background of white, which looked stunning against the pinkish-olive color of her skin. Oh, and just look at those cheeks! Have you ever seen more kissable cheeks?
I chose different subtle colors for most of the photo shoot. One of my favorites was this very delicate pinkish lace with a matching flower headband. It gave her such an elegant classic look. She curled her hands up under her chin so tenderly and looked like a precious little angel. During the photo session, we used a fuzzy cream backdrop with the baby wrapped in a white blanket and matching headband. The colors were sensational, and she looked like she was floating on a cloud without a care in the world.
Towards the end of the session, I captured a couple of pictures with this little darling wrapped in a blue blanket with a matching blue headband. This color looked so amazing against her skin. I definitely think this was her color!
Being a newborn photographer has brought such joy to my life, as I get to meet and snuggle so many beautiful babies and capture those first amazing keepsakes. I hope you enjoy my favorites from this photo session.
