Watch me grow…I have had the pleasure of taking pictures of this family from the time this little boy’s mother was pregnant for a beach maternity session and soon after he was born for his newborn session. I also took pictures of him when he was six-months-old and just learning to show his facial expressions in front of the camera. Now, I can help the family celebrate one year of life with this little boy who is full of life and energy.
One of the pictures that I took shows the inquisitive nature that this little boy has as well as his bravery as he sits on top of a wooden box. The curls on top of his head gently frame his face as he places one hand in front of the other. Another picture features him inside the box sitting down and looking up with love and a sparkle in his eyes. His teeth shine brightly in this image as well as his dark brown eyes.
There are a few pictures of this boy that depict the seriousness that he has as well as the innocence that surrounds children of this age. While holding a set of jingle bells, he has a surprised look on his face with his open mouth and the frown in his eyes. The smash cake picture is with a blue cake and this little one-year-old smearing just a small amount of icing on the side of his face. His facial expression makes him look like he knew he was doing something that he wasn’t supposed to do and that he knew he had been caught while still delivering the fun of the first birthday.
